Issue:
Screenshots taken with Steam screenshot function started appearing washed out several months ago. This affected game versions 6.20 as well as 7.0 beta. Taking screenshots with Windows built in screenshot function [Windows+PrintScreen] remains unaffected. Steam screenshots of other games were also unaffected.
Things that were tried that did not fix the issue:
* looking for HDR settings (could not find any, and I don't have HDR monitors)
* resetting X4 graphics settings
* upgrading to latest AMD driver
Finally discovered that downgrading to an older version of the AMD driver fixed the issue. The issue seems to have started when I updated the driver to 23.12.1 last December.
AMD Adrenaline Edition versions I tested:
23.4.2 - working normally
23.12.1 - washed out screenshots
24.3.1(latest) - also washed out screenshots

Same here, when tried to do screenie with steam f11 or 12 it gave blurry screenshots. This was from a month or two back I think.
Re: [6.20][7.0beta] Washed out screenshots with recent AMD Radeon drivers
This is something you should probably report to AMD if it's specific to particular driver versions. We can look into it but it's unlikely that we'd be able to do anything about it ourselves, and while we can speak to AMD, such reports are usually better off coming from the individuals actually experiencing the problem.

Mentioned it to a amd rep at ocuk forums about it, maybe something will come of it.
