Industrial Collector - what am I missing? (solved)

TS, EDs, Goner Temple - check.
Factories - check (no white strings in Complex Planner menu)
Mines - check.
Station upgrade kits - check.
Complex construction/extension kits - check.
The achievement is still locked. What else am I missing?
I can provide a sav file (before acquiring the last blueprint).Here it is.

BTW, the Xenon fighters seem uncapturable in my game, why?

Only missing ones are Rare and Common Ship Blueprint achievements. The "Common" cannot be obtained due to UFO being in the list.

I loaded your save. On the local tab for achievements its been activated. Honestly don't know what to tell you there unless your game is somehow glitched. And it doesn't show modified so I don't see how it shouldn't have been activated.

Ok, I went back and deep dived just a little bit with your save. For whatever reason I have 2 Teladi Silicon Mine M and 2 Teladi Ore Mine M. You have only 1 of each. I have the achievement. I think what you will need to do is look for those to appear via Explorer's Guild. Oddly you had one more factory on the Terran front than me. You have 14 million exploration points so getting whatever it is missing, shouldn't be an issue for you. Just keep resetting them or checking back. Trade Station in Argon Prime should have a perma rep. I know 2 Paranid stations that do as well, but given your rep with them probably best forget them. Just keep cycling the Trading Stations and Equipment Docks.

As for me, I have a duplicate Terran FBC forge, because I started the game on 1.1 and obtained the first one from Strong Arms, and after it was moved to the Moon shipyard, I had to obtain the second copy from Terrans.
