With 2.0, there are new items to be found.
If you engage in the Bala Gi missions, you find a supprise besides the M7. But this only appears during that mission set.
What I'm talking about, are static Finds that, if you searched hard enough, would net you a pretty haul.
So for you Explorers, read no further. This post is not for you.
But for the rest, who have a hard enough time dodging laser blasts, here is the information you need to succeed.
First off, a Ship. For those who have the Need for Speed bug:

If you play the Plot, you may want to pick these up before the end, or you'll die trying.
These beasties have the same tracking system as Tempests. As such, you don't need a target to fire them, and they'll track any enemy in range. In fact, there has to be an enemy in range before they'll fire. And they won't necessarily track the target you have selected if the enemy is within 5k. And if their target dies before they run out of fuel, they will select the next nearest victum
