Sector 17-11 and 18-11?

Ive just downloaded the X3 map by Scorp (found the post a few days ago) and I must say, its a nifty lil tool! The point of my post though is just to ask if anyone can shed some light on two sectors ive found using this map. I've installed the script and loaded in my actual universe and noticed some places I hadn't been before..."Sector 17-11" and "Sector 18-11". Sector 18-11 is located below the second unknown sector next to

and 17-11 is located to the left of 18-11 They arent connected by gates though (like the Khaak sectors) and are owned by the argon but i've never seen them before in my game.

My guess, one of them is the Earth sector from cutscene. Other one might be of similar nature.

they are plot based sectors used to create plot missions away from the rest of the universe, and for creating cut scenes.
